What will you and your team need?

Your team will need to show up photo-ready. We will do the rest.

Will your team be directed during the shoot?

Absolutely. We know the best posing for headshots and love to give direction.

How long will the shoot take?

We need 5 minutes per person give or take.

Where will the shoot be conducted?

For our corporate team headshots, we bring the studio to you. We need about a 15’x15’ space for our backdrops, lights and photographer. This can be in a common area, conference room, etc.

What background options do we have to choose from?

Most corporate headshots are done on either a white or gray background. However, if you have a specific brand color, or prefer a textured background, we can accommodate for that as well.

How long can our team expect for the photos to be returned?

We ask for 2 weeks of editing time.

Is there any editing involved?

Our work is not finished until we’ve edited it. Our editing involves some color enhancements, blemish removal, skin smoothing, etc. It is important to us that skin still looks like skin and that, especially for corporate headshots, the photos don’t look over-retouched.

Do we offer headshots at events?

Yes, we provide headshots at events such as conferences, expos, workshops, etc. Contact us for more information.

Do you also offer team/group photos in addition to headshots?

Yes, we offer group photos at the same rates as an individual headshots. (Rates listed above.)

What locations do you service?

We provide staff and team headshots in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. We also travel beyond these areas.
