We bring our studio setup directly to your office. We typically need a 15’x15’ space for backdrops, lighting, and our photographer, which can be a conference room or common area.
Most corporate headshots are done on a clean white or gray background. If you have brand guidelines, a preferred color, or would like a textured backdrop, we can accommodate that as well.
Final edited headshots are delivered within two weeks. Images are labeled by staff name and delivered together, with the option to email final images directly to each staff member as well.
Yes. All final headshots are professionally edited, including color correction, minor blemish removal, and light skin smoothing. Our approach is natural and polished, ensuring images look professional without appearing over-retouched.
Yes, we provide on-site headshots at events such as conferences, expos, and workshops. For event participants, we offer both edited and non-edited image options, depending on your needs, budget and timeline. Contact us for more details.

We provide staff and team headshots throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and we are available to travel outside the DMV when needed.
